Welcome to My Florist Network, a community-first marketplace that connects customers with independent local florists and features paid sponsors. These Terms of Service explain the rules for using our website and the responsibilities of everyone who takes part.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using My Florist Network, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our related policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. Continued use after any update means you accept the current terms.

Platform overview

My Florist Network is an online marketplace. We provide the technology that helps customers discover florists, place orders, and manage accounts. The independent local florists on our platform are separate businesses that are responsible for their own products, pricing, delivery, and customer service.

Florist membership

Florists join as independent business members. Members agree to keep their business information accurate, honor the orders they accept, and treat customers fairly. Membership does not make a florist an employee, agent, or partner of My Florist Network.

Customer orders

When a customer places an order, that order is fulfilled by an independent local florist. The fulfilling florist is responsible for preparing the arrangement, arranging delivery, and communicating with the customer about their purchase.

Sponsor listings

Some listings and placements are paid sponsorships. We label sponsor relationships clearly so customers can tell the difference between organic results and paid promotion. Sponsors remain independent businesses and are responsible for their own offerings.

User accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must be legally able to enter a contract to hold an account.

Payment terms

Payments are processed through secure, industry-standard payment providers. By submitting a payment, you authorize the applicable charge, including product totals, delivery charges, applicable taxes, and any disclosed fees.

Subscription terms

Florist and sponsor plans may be offered on a recurring subscription basis. Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you selected until canceled. You may cancel future renewals at any time through your account.

Refund policy reference

Refunds are handled according to our published refund policy. Please review that policy for how customer, subscription, and sponsor refunds are evaluated.

Florist-to-florist order transfers

Orders may be transferred between florists so that a shop closer to the delivery area can complete fulfillment. When an order is transferred, the accepting florist becomes responsible for preparation and delivery of that order.

Delivery responsibility

Delivery is arranged and carried out by the fulfilling florist. Delivery windows, availability, and areas served vary by shop. My Florist Network does not deliver products itself and is not the carrier for any order.

Product availability

Flowers are seasonal and perishable, so specific stems, colors, and containers may not always be available. Availability is determined by each independent florist based on local supply.

Substitutions for flowers and arrangements

When an exact item is unavailable, florists may substitute flowers or containers of equal or greater value while preserving the overall look and feel of the order, as described in our substitution policy.

Prohibited use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to disrupt the service, submit false information, infringe others' rights, harvest data, or use the site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

Intellectual property

The platform, including its name, logos, design, and software, is owned by My Florist Network or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse our materials without permission.

User-submitted content

When you submit content such as photos, messages, or profile details, you confirm you have the right to share it and grant us a license to display it for the purpose of operating the marketplace. You are responsible for the content you provide.

Reviews and testimonials

Reviews and testimonials should reflect genuine experiences. We may remove content that is false, abusive, or that violates these terms, and we work to keep feedback honest and useful for the community.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, My Florist Network is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or from products and services provided by independent florists or sponsors.

Disclaimer of warranties

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and independent florists are responsible for the quality of their own products and service.

Account suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create risk for other users, or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior. You may also close your account at any time.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date, and your continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.
