Sponsor Agreement

This Sponsor Agreement explains the terms that apply to businesses that pay to be featured as sponsors on My Florist Network. We value transparent sponsor relationships, and these terms are written to keep sponsorships clear and fair for sponsors, customers, and the independent local florists in our community.

Sponsor listing rules

Sponsors appear in designated areas of our marketplace that are set aside for paid placement. A sponsorship gives a business promotional visibility; it does not make that business part of My Florist Network or an agent of ours. Sponsors must operate a legitimate business, provide accurate contact and profile information, and keep that information current. We may set reasonable limits on the number, format, and placement of sponsor listings.

Sponsor profile content

Sponsor profiles may include a business name, description, contact details, imagery, and links. Sponsors are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of everything they submit, and they represent that they have the right to use all text and images in their profile. Profile content should describe the sponsor's own products and services honestly and should not misrepresent any relationship with our marketplace or with the independent florists listed on it.

Sponsor links

Sponsor profiles may include links to a sponsor's own website or landing pages. Sponsors are responsible for the destinations of those links, which must lead to safe, functioning, and relevant pages. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, security, or availability.

Advertising relationship disclosure

A sponsorship is a paid advertising relationship. Sponsors pay a fee for promotional placement, and we label sponsor areas so customers understand this. Sponsors agree not to describe their placement in a way that implies an editorial endorsement, a ranking based on merit, or an official partnership beyond the paid sponsorship itself.

No guaranteed leads or sales

We provide promotional visibility, not results. We do not guarantee any specific number of impressions, clicks, inquiries, leads, orders, or sales, and we do not guarantee revenue or return on investment. Marketplace traffic, customer behavior, and demand vary and are outside our control.

Content approval rights

We may review sponsor content before or after it is published. We reserve the right to approve, decline, edit for formatting, or request changes to any sponsor submission so that it meets our quality, legal, and community standards. Approval of content does not make us responsible for it and does not verify a sponsor's claims.

Logo and trademark usage

Sponsors grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to display their name, logo, and approved imagery for the purpose of presenting their sponsorship on our platform. Sponsors retain ownership of their own trademarks. Sponsors may not use the My Florist Network name, logo, or trademarks except as we expressly permit in writing, and any permitted use must not suggest an endorsement or affiliation beyond the sponsorship.

Payment terms

Sponsorship fees, billing cycles, and any applicable taxes are described at the time of purchase. Fees are due according to the plan selected. We use secure payment processing for sponsor transactions. Unless stated otherwise, fees are charged in advance for the applicable term, and placement continues only while the account is in good standing.

Cancellation

Either party may cancel a sponsorship according to the terms of the plan. A sponsor may choose not to renew before the next billing cycle. Unless a plan states otherwise, cancellation stops future charges and future placement; fees already paid for a current term are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where our applicable refund process provides otherwise.

Prohibited sponsor content

Sponsor content must not be false, misleading, deceptive, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or unlawful. It must not infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights, promote illegal products or services, contain malware, or disparage the independent florists or other participants in our marketplace. Sponsors may not attempt to imitate a florist listing or otherwise confuse customers about who is providing a product.

Removal rights

We may suspend, edit, or remove any sponsor listing or content at any time if it violates this Agreement, our policies, or applicable law, if a payment is not made, or if we reasonably believe it harms customers, florists, or the integrity of our marketplace. Where practical, we will try to notify the sponsor and allow a chance to correct the issue.

FTC-style disclosure

We believe customers deserve to know when they are seeing paid promotion. Sponsors pay a fee to be featured on My Florist Network, and sponsor placements are advertising. We label these areas so that our relationship with sponsors is clear and honest. Sponsors agree to cooperate with this disclosure approach and not to undermine it.
