Accessibility Statement
Last updated July 9, 2026
My Florist Network is committed to making our website usable for everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. We want customers, florists, and sponsors of every ability to browse, order, and manage their accounts with confidence.
Our commitment to accessibility
Accessibility is part of how we build a community-first marketplace. We treat it as an ongoing responsibility rather than a one-time project, and we work to remove barriers as we discover them.
WCAG-friendly design goal
We aim to align our website with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a practical target. These guidelines help make web content more perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for a wide range of users.
Keyboard navigation
We design interactive elements — menus, forms, search, and buttons — to be reachable and operable with a keyboard alone, so visitors who do not use a mouse can still complete key tasks such as finding a florist or placing an order.
Screen reader support
We use semantic HTML, descriptive link text, and labeled form fields so screen readers can announce page structure and controls clearly.
Alt text for images
We work to provide meaningful alternative text for images that convey information, including product photos and sponsor logos, so their purpose is available to people using screen readers.
Color contrast
We aim for text and interactive elements to meet reasonable color-contrast ratios so content stays readable for users with low vision or color-vision differences.
Ongoing improvements
Accessibility is never finished. We periodically review new and existing pages, address issues we find, and consider accessibility when we add features to the marketplace, the sponsor directory, and florist tools.
How to report an accessibility problem
If you encounter a barrier on our website, please tell us through our legal and policy contact page and select the accessibility topic. Describe the page and the problem, and we will do our best to help and to improve the experience for everyone.
